Introduction to the Blade Runner RPG.
Scenario: The Collector

Game Description: Welcome to Los Angeles 2037.

The detectives of the Rep-Detect unit are a special breed. Called upon to solve crimes involving Replicants (artificial humans), Blade Runners are known for following leads regardless of potential repercussions. Investigations take them from rain-soaked streets, to the neon lit clubs of the Red Light district, and to the halls of power. Blade Runners find their values and relationships under constant challenge, sometimes having to choose between upholding the law and doing what it takes to remain human.

In "The Collector," the detectives of the Rep-Detect unit are pulled into a political mindfield when a close companion of the leading mayoral candidate, who happens to be a Replicant, suddenly vanishes. What initially appears to be a kidnapping becomes much more when it becomes known that the candidate's desperation to find the associate isn't born out of compassion. The missing Replicant knows a lot about the candidate's life and dealings - enough to bury him politically and legally. Soon other parties, some of which have no qualms about using violence, insert themselves into the hunt. Can the Blade Runners locate the missing Replicant, or will they also vanish in the rain?

Tales Of Legend RPG | (Table 6)

Tales of Legend is a concise, easy to learn TTRPG fantasy system for Game Masters and players interested in creating their own worlds, heroes, and stories. Even though the system is short and sweet, it offers engaging rules for character creation, combat, and magic systems.

The Adventure "The Road to Riverford" is a level 1-3 adventure that will take roughly 3-4 hours. The heroes find themselves at the same trading post on their way to Riverford, the largest city in the area. Many dangers and shenanigans ensue, until (hopefully) arriving at the city, and enjoying the spoils of being an adventurer!

Tales of Legend is an excellent start for anyone newer to the TTRPG genre, as well as an easy system for experienced players to pick up and enjoy!

Blade Runner: Altered Carbon RPG | (Table 2)

Scenario: Fragments of Us A Blade Runner conversion into the transhuman cyberpunk-noir world of "Altered Carbon". The game will introduce the Blade Runner RPG mechanics with a few modifications.

The year is 2383 and technology has advanced to the point that human consciousness is digitized and bodies are interchangeable. Virtual ads are constantly beamed directly into one's mind to assault the senses, sentient AIs exist and are second classic citizens, and Death itself can be merely an inconvenience - if you have the resources. The gap between the haves and have-nots has never been greater with the average person strugling to survive in shadowed streets while the most powerful (called "Meths" aka Methuselahs) are nigh untouchable and live high above the clouds in the Aerium. It's a bleak neon world filled with rain, gritty detective stories, and humankind struggling to remain human.

In "Fragments of Us," a mercenary team has just returned from a mission that went sideways, but something is wrong - there are holes in the team's memories and details of what occurred during the mission are remembered differently. A few hard truths persist: The data the team was to bring back is missing, Hemingway (the underworld figure who hired the team) has a zero tolerance policy for failure, and the job has kicked up a hornet's nest of collateral damage. Someone is now coming for the team and willing to scorch the earth to get back what was taken. With time running out and allies going dark, can the PCs fulfill their obligation before the new enemy - or Hemingway has them RD'd (Real Death-ed)?

In Dominion, each player starts with an identical, very small deck of cards. In the center of the table is a selection of other cards the players can "buy" as they can afford them. Through their selection of cards to buy, and how they play their hands as they draw them, the players construct their deck on the fly, striving for the most efficient path to the precious victory points by game end.

Dominion is not a CCG, but the play of the game is similar to the construction and play of a CCG deck. The game comes with 500 cards. You select 10 of the 25 Kingdom card types to include in any given play—leading to immense variety.

Tales Of Legend RPG | (Table 7)

Tales of Legend is a concise, easy to learn TTRPG fantasy system for Game Masters and players interested in creating their own worlds, heroes, and stories. Even though the system is short and sweet, it offers engaging rules for character creation, combat, and magic systems.

The Adventure "The Road to Riverford" is a level 1-3 adventure that will take roughly 3-4 hours. The heroes find themselves at the same trading post on their way to Riverford, the largest city in the area. Many dangers and shenanigans ensue, until (hopefully) arriving at the city, and enjoying the spoils of being an adventurer!

Described as an "Arabian Nights in Space," Coriolis plays like a mix of Firefly, The Expanse, and Babylon 5 with a touch of supernatural horror.

In "Dirge for the Falling Heavens," the intrepid crew of a small freighter has been trying to survive as tensions rise across the Horizon. Amidst reports of vanishing ships and communication failing to distant worlds, rumors are circulating that the forces of the (now nearly mythical) First Horizon are returning.

What starts as a high profile transport job soon becomes more trouble than the crew was paid to take on. Amongst the cargo is something of value - something that several old enemies have no qualms about killing to possess. As the crew is harried by mercenaries and assassins, they must rely upon their wits, teamwork, and skills to survive. As the mission proceeds, it becomes clear other forces are involved. About the adventure
"When inauspicious signs threaten to derail a crucial wedding between the Crane and Phoenix Clans, it falls to a group of young samurai to choose whether to see the match through or call it off—resulting in great loss of face for the Crane and Phoenix Clans. Certainly, not all of the guests are here to congratulate the honored couple.

In Wedding at Kyotei Castle, the PCs must choose whether to defend or disrupt the marriage between Tsume Takashi and Shiba Isuyo, which would seal a strategic alliance between the Crane and Phoenix clans. Over the course of four scenes, the PCs witness the stakes of the conflict in the Kintani, the Golden Valley, including the cost the peasants must bear while samurai squabble over the land. No sooner do the PCs arrive at Kyotei Castle than they discover that the castle shrine has been blighted by death, and the wedding ceremony must be moved to a local shrine on the outskirts of the castle.
As they investigate whether the cause of the ill omen is supernatural or mundane, they stumble across a conspiracy to install the lost heir of a Lion Clan vassal family as daimyō of the castle. But will the PCs attempt to collaborate with the conspirators or thwart them? Their choices will lead them to the local shrine or the walls of Kyotei Castle, where battles for the heart of the daimyō and the valley itself will be waged.

The classic detective game! In Clue, players move from room to room in a mansion to solve the mystery of: who done it, with what, and where? Players are dealt character, weapon, and location cards after the top card from each card type is secretly placed in the confidential file in the middle of the board. Players must move to a room and then make a suggestion against a character saying they did it in that room with a specific weapon. The player to the left must show one of any cards mentioned if in that player's hand. Through deductive reasoning each player must figure out which character, weapon, and location are in the secret file. To do this, each player must uncover what cards are in other players hands by making more and more suggestions. Once a player knows what cards the other players are holding, they will know what cards are in the secret file, and then make an accusation. If correct, the player wins, but if incorrect, the player must return the cards to the file without revealing them and may no longer make suggestions or accusations. A great game for those who enjoy reasoning and thinking things out.

Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island takes the players to a deserted island, where they'll play the parts of shipwreck survivors confronted by an extraordinary adventure. They'll be faced with the challenges of building a shelter, finding food, fighting wild beasts, and protecting themselves from weather changes. Building walls around their homes, animal domestication, constructing weapons and tools from what they find, and much more await them on the island. The players decide in which direction the game will unfold and – after several in-game weeks of hard work – how their settlement will look. Will they manage to discover the secret of the island in the meantime? Will they find a pirate treasure, or an abandoned village? Will they discover an underground city or a cursed temple at the bottom of a volcano? Out of the cold mists of the Haunted Marshes rises the ruins of a mighty tower, built at the time of the Dragon Empire as an outpost against the wilderness. After the fall of the empire, the tower served as a meeting place for warring orc clans, until a terrible massacre made them abandon the site. Now the tower is haunted by the sighing and wailing
spirits of slain orcs. No one in their right mind ever goes there – not until word of a great treasure spreads through the Misty Vale. The treasure, however, is not what it is rumored to be.
